The following fields can be configured for each broadcast in the general settings section.
Enabled broadcasts are active and will be sent to the selected according to the configured schedule. A disabled broadcast will not be sent. You can use this setting to stop a recurring broadcast without deleting it.
The name of the broadcast. It can be anything you like. Nobody but you will see this text.
This field specifies the broadcast message content type and can be used to define the message content for the target channel. Message Type is ignored for every channel but . While not mandatory, you are strongly invited to use a suitable message type for any Facebook Messenger broadcast as sending unsolicited or promotional content outside of the selected message type window may result in temporary or permanent ban of your page.
This is the way the user will be notified when receiving your broadcast message. Select the notification mode that best suits your message importance. Message Type is ignored for every channel but .
This flag, disabled by default, will ignore the chat control state when sending your broadcast. If enabled your broadcast message will reach also users that are otherwise only to users that are currently engaged in a standard chatbot conversation.
This field is used to specify the audience that will be used by this broadcast. You can use the plus button to create a brand new audience or the edit button to interactively change the selected audience. Changes you make to the audience here are reflected on every broadcast using it.
Only users selected by the audience will be targeted for your broadcast.
Scheduling is where you choose how and when your broadcast is going to be sent to your users. Each scheduling mode has different options and settings you can find below:

This field specifies the type of filter your Broadcast is going to use. By default your broadcast Audience Type will be set to "All Users" meaning that any user will receive it. By selecting the "Select an audience" option, you enable a specific Audience selection.
