# Location Quick Reply Action

Use this action to display a button requesting the user location. The button will open a map where the user will be able to select a location.

This action has no settings.

### Remarks

Even on supported platforms accessing to location sharing may be blocked by user privacy. Make sure to implement a [location attachment input](https://docs.mylinkconnect.com/actions-and-operations/content/xenioo.bots.actions.base.fileaction) fallback to support all cases in your chatbot.

### Trigger

On User Coordinates. This action will trigger any child operation as soon as the user clicks on the location sharing button.

### Variables

This action produces the following variables after being triggered:

| Variable                 | Description                                                     |
| ------------------------ | --------------------------------------------------------------- |
| user\_position\_map\_url | The full map url of the given location, if sent by the channel. |
| user\_latitude           | The coordinates latitude                                        |
| user\_longitude          | The coordinates longitude                                       |
