Tag Switch Action
Use this action to execute operations based on the existence of a specific tag. You can, for example, change the conversation flow redirecting the user to a different interaction.

Settings
The action uses the following settings:
Tag Name
The name of the tag that will be checked by the action

The type of criteria that will be used

Remarks
The Tag Name field will list only tags that have been defined inside the chatbot design using a Set Tag Action.
Trigger
On Condition Met. This action will trigger any child operation as the condition set by criteria is met.
Variables
This action does not produce any variable.
