Conversation Translation
The Conversation Translation feature allows operators to view a MyLINK Connect conversation in their selected language, regardless of the language used by the end user.
This feature is available only with a specific license and a sufficient number of tokens.
Enabling the feature
To enable Conversation Translation:
Open your Profile Settings.
Set your preferred Conversation Operator Language.
Enable the Automatic Translation toggle.
Click Update to save your changes.

The languages currently available are listed in the table below. If the language required by your operators is not listed please get in touch with your sales representative to explore additional possibilities.

Translation Errors
If the user has no remaining AI tokens, an error banner will be displayed within the conversation, and no translation will occur:

Using Translation in Conversations
Once enabled, navigate to the Conversations section and open a conversation detail. MyLINK Connect will automatically:
Detect the user’s language.
Translate the entire conversation into the selected Operator Language.
Initially, a message will appear indicating that the system is translating the conversation, as shown below:

If If the operator and user share the same language, translation will be temporarily disabled. It will only be re-enabled if either language is changed via the Profile Menu or Translation Menu.
Once the translation is complete, the system will:
Display the detected Operator Language and User Language.
Show all messages translated into the Operator Language.

Managing Translation Settings
To disable translation for a specific conversation or manually change the user's language:
Click the Translation Menu.
Select Conversation User Language to open the language selection dialog:


This dialog also allows you to block translations for a specific language across all conversations of the same bot, rather than just a single conversation.
