# Viber Variables

| Variable            | Description                            |
| ------------------- | -------------------------------------- |
| user\_name          | The contact phone number               |
| user\_phone\_number | The contact phone number               |
| user\_id            | The contact phone number               |
| first\_name         | This value is empty as is not provided |
| last\_name          | This value is empty as is not provided |
| bot\_channel        | Set to "ViberChannel"                  |
