This action will send a Connect mail message to one or more recipients containing variables, tags and chat status. Can be used as an alert or for mailing integrations.
The action uses the following settings:

This action does not require any additional external provider setup but will send an email with full Connect logo branding. To personalize the layout you can either choose to send a Custom Mail or go for a full SendGrid integration.
Multiple addresses can be specified in the Recipients field by separating each one with a semicolon.
The Body setting can contain full html formatting. Different mail clients may choose to render custom html differently.
This action does not trigger any event.
This action does not produce any variable.
