Using the NLP Parse Logs

The NLP Parse Logs view gives you an overview of all the nearly missed expressions that have been sent by your chatbot users. This view can be critical to diagnose near misses or outstanding variations that can be used to further improve your chatbot training.

Using the contextual menu on each row you can quickly add an expression to an existing intent. Once you've added all the expressions you like, remember to train again your model and, eventually, publish your chatbot.
