My Conversations

The My Conversations section is your main dashboard upon logging in. It acts as a personal queue for ongoing interactions needing your attention.

What to Expect

• Consolidated View: Displays all active conversations where you're the designated operator, whether from multiple bots or accounts.

• Quick Access: Click any conversation to jump directly to the Chat Section for seamless user interaction.

Starting a New Interaction

• Find the + icon at the top-right corner of the view.

• Click the + icon to start a new chat with any bot linked to your account.
