# My Conversations

The My Conversations section is your main dashboard upon logging in. It acts as a personal queue for ongoing interactions needing your attention.

#### What to Expect

* **Consolidated View:** Displays all active conversations where you're the designated operator, whether from multiple bots or accounts.
* **Quick Access:** Click any conversation to jump directly to the Chat Section for seamless user interaction.

#### Starting a New Interaction

* Find the **+ icon** at the top-right corner of the view.
* Click the **+ icon** to start a new chat with any bot linked to your account.
